The only thing I regret from any of my travels is not knowing there were specific monuments or landmarks super near some of the places I visited. Like I'd find out a year later or whatever that some such monument or feature was in some such place that I had been, AGH. But the way I look at it is hey, that's an excuse to go back to some of those places even though I've been there before.
I used my phone a lot when I was traveling just because it functioned as my computer. I definitely used it a lot less than I'd normally use a computer.
Having my own site to post on when I was traveling was a super hardcore highlight of the experience though. Whenever I'd see something crazy, or something wild would happen, I could come on here and post about it. Those threads are like a memory book, like a digital album of memories. Takes you right back to the event, or the situation that sparked that thought for you.
