I think the vehicle chased them around, it's pretty banged up. Looks like the driver hit a pole right in the center of the driver door too.
Hmm... I dunno if it was necessarily intentional, just judging by the vehicle. They might have just been really drunk or something.
Can't tell from the photos of the suspect whether he's latin, black, arab. Hard to say. Maybe he was just really fucking drunk and it wasn't intentional.
