Yeah so according to the video it looks like the car was going like 100 MPH and was out of control long before it ever reached the line of people.
Driver would have had to decide to run 'em all over pretty far back and sped up from a long ways away.
He was probably shitfaced drunk and on God knows what else, looks like he just went lead foot on the gas peddle and to me it looks like he was way out of control before he ever even reached them.
Seems like the vehicle was in the middle of flipping end over end before it even got to them. Definitely looks like it was flipping.
