mental cases
#5
My friend in Texas has taken a sudden steep decline into depression. She's usually pretty upbeat, but she was really down on herself when I talked to her yesterday. Despondent and uncommunicative. She has an appointment with a therapist today. I hope she doesn't end up on a shitload of meds again. When I met her years ago, she was on some pretty heavy meds, and was abusing them. She only saw the doctor for fifteen minutes once a month, and the doctor failed to see what was happening.
