Even just walking a lot is pretty sufficient exercise...
As long as you're not fat, you're not over eating, and you're trying to get the lymphatic system pumping several times per week, I think things are good.
Beyond that, it's a matter of aesthetics.
Or maybe you NEED certain parts of your body to be toned for some kinda specific reason...
That's where targeted exercise comes in.
I've got a few ideas about where I wanna go with that over the summer but...
I'm not stressing because I try to live a generally healthy life and I think things are fine.
Yeah, I've got some goals and a vision, but I'm not displeased with how things are.
