Yeah. I only have to drive a half mile on a dirt road, I almost am right on my street when I get off of the county road, and only a mile from the highway from there. I got a really nice location. I was really stoked when I realized that.
But are roads get muddy. If you've every watch that offroad rescue guy in Utah, that is what I have out here. Clay and mud. But there is high ground that you can drive up on, basically onto other people's properties, so you can actually navigate the dirt roads even when they are muddy. You just have to watch out for when you've got 2 weeks straight of rain or more, but that rare.
