Beachy states like Cali and FL might have a higher number of fineass women too but...
I dunno, both those states have their inherent issues, like Cali with its ridiculous plastic culture, and some parts of FL (like Miami) are in that same boat.
I'd put my money on FL being a better state if you wanna find a hot woman who MIGHT still be natural.
