In real life, he may hold the cards.
She might run away from him because he decides he's not interested after all.
He may see in person that she really is kind of unstable and flighty and he may decide it's too much of a risk.
Cuz think about it, if he really is looking to settle down and build long term with someone and he senses that Morgan is far too undependable to do so with her...
