10:6 excellent base moulding... very nice home. Has carpet though, never good. Needs wood or laminate that looks like wood. T&G is some good shit, laminate has come a long way. If you can afford wood, should you go for it instead? Maybe. I love wood. But if you have a cement floor and just T&G on top, your home is gonna last a lot longer and won't be subject to any unreachable areas that you gotta do a lot of damage to get to and repair. I would have to say laminate is probably a better bet than wood... cheaper too, so there's that.
Pull out the carpet, put in some nice wainscoting, the place will skyrocket in value over the next 5 years. Her roomie is in the money. Anybody who's gonna choose a bed set like that is worth keeping around. Permanently friendzoned of course.

1:42 replace that chintzy metal closet shelf with a reinforced wood situation and you're good to go. I would break that closet inside of a year.
12:45 I dunno why Katie doesn't just photograph her receipts and throw that shit away. The ink literally fades off the paper anyways, especially if it's kept in a hot car or something.
