Witnesses say they saw "Men in suits and sunglasses" driving by in cars with gov. plates.
I suspect the witness lives in a rental property and the owner doesn't want the footage released.
Apparently "Angel" (the witness, interesting name eh?) says that he shot footage, and apparently it hasn't been released...
Wonder if it ever will be?
So is a hugely publicized event like this a put on??
