For me, the order is Aussie #1 and Canada #2...
The biggest problem IPs historically were always either Aussie or Canadian, and the UK people were third place but they DID seem like "just people" with terrible opinions/motivations, whereas many times the Aussies/Canadians seemed like straight up pure and total shills.
In fact, circa 2010, there was a lot of government funding that went into hiring online shills, and most of those IPs were out of Aussie/Canada.
