He lives in a nice house and he reproduced with somebody, but he couldn't make the babymomma stay??
People with failed relationships that produced offspring are a big red flag.

The whole having pre-existing kids thingy changes the game.
The kids aren't the issue, it's not about them...
It's more about the fact that if YOU don't have children, you should never get with someone who does have them, especially from a failed relationship.
