I think if they can pass that test, then they CAN be allowed on the internet, sure. But they should probably have devices for old people that are kinda like the parental protection apps or the cell phones for super old people, the ones with the really big buttons so you can't go wrong.
It should basically be the internet in newspaper format with no ads or anything. They probably shouldn't be allowed to watch videos either... wastes their elderly time too much.
I think they should be kept outside most of the time, gardening and such. They should probably live in a nice air conditioned room off the side of a green house and tend to the plants with their every waking hour.
