I like their approach...
It's based on natural movement and utilizing the environment to exercise instead of equipment.
If you think all these variations of tiptoe crawling and frog jumping etc. aren't hard, lmfao, TRYYYY ITTTTT.
It's like doing pushups, but it's crawling around (on tip toes, never knees) instead. It's fucking awesome.
All the staying in one spot and the repetitions and all the equipment and the inherent boredom of "working out" has always turned me off so hard...
It's just unnatural. Now if that's the approach people wanna take, that's fine. It's all about being fit and healthy, so do whatever works.
But for people who are just not into that, the natural movement approach is bomb.
It's very natural and innate for us to crawl around and do that kinda shit, we probably just haven't done it since we were kids. When you do ANY type of natural exercise like this, it immediately makes you feel like a kid again.
Do a bunch of jumping jacks and try not to smile. It's impossible.
This is how we were meant to stay fit.
