If you're old but you're not literally disabled (like paralyzed or missing limbs or whatever), you have no excuse not to be able to get up.
Even if you're missing a limb or two, it's no excuse not to be able to lift your own body weight or stay in shape.
Plenty of people missing arms and legs have tackled impressive feats of movement and fitness by sheer determination.
I'm just saying...
This society is full of lazy people who think they need a motorized wheelchair to get around WalMart just cuz they're fat...
Like honey no, you need to go on a starvation diet.
