You gotta get started on the body work when you're at least still under 40.
If you wait til like 50 years old to have a change of heart and start trying to be physically healthy...
There's gonna be a lot of damage already done to your body from years of not taking care of it, and your ability to get into top form is probably gonna be impeded.
