I talked to my dad. He's gunna help me get a fifth wheel trailer. I usually just give him like half the value of stuff upfront, and he will never make me pay back the rest. But he's been talking about getting a fifth wheel for me and parking it on his property for a while. But if I own it, I can use it as a residence to get my property permitted as well. They don't require much more than a trailer out here, they will usually even waive the septic for an outhouse.
