She looks exactly the same apart from being older and probably having had a rhinoplasty at some point.
She's KNOWN for looking "exactly the same" among the people who are actually familiar with her, which Sage obviously isn't.
I've always thought the "Paul is dead" conspiracy was dumb as fuck, but even that is more believable than Avril being a different person.
