Well, it's rare to see a real redhead in America anymore, period. Not to mention Irish, Scottish, and German redheads are either very pretty or very ugly. Mostly the latter, unfortunately.
Sandra might not stand out so much in Russia, where there are a lot of pretty redheads. But American dudes definitely notice a pretty girl with the "girl next door" look.
Take you, for example. Guys would go for you because you have a natural, wholesome look. Having a cute accent doesn't hurt either.
