99.9% of people just need to start up a WordPress blog though. The forum format is not gonna pay off for most people, and for noobs it'd be too hard anyway. WordPress has been made easy. If people want the option for others to comment, then just utilize the comments feature on WP blogs. It's good enough. I don't even recommend allowing comments. People can email you if they have some shit to say. If they want a platform to say some shit, they can make their own.
