"Delusions" are typically centered around whatever incident caused the initial mental break. So at some point, Dima/Dalia must have been victims of sex trafficking, most likely during their YouTube days when they were seeking a career in the industry. It's commonplace for corrupt pervert producers in hollywood to proposition young hopefuls for sex in exchange for getting roles and connections. But the twins were dealing with the YouTube branch of hollywood, and God only knows how warped and corrupt it might be in comparison to old school hollywood. There have been insane rumors surrounding the LA-based YouTube scene for like a decade now.
