I put it at about 2060 for when we'll be making regular trips, space troops in small crewed ships or individual vehicles.
Of course I may be far too optimistic with that timeframe, so it could be around 2160 instead, roflmfao o_0
Regardless, they only have til the late 2180s to do their fun space stuff cuz there's an inescapable ELE asteroid bound for Earth impacting around that time, and any infrastructure that has been set up on other planetary bodies or in orbit will fail in the subsequent decades and everyone will be daaiiiid.
