Seems like maybe she went for a full restaurant dealio rather than just being a coffee shop.
But is the WHOLE thing just that one room??
Is there not a place for people to eat? Is it straight delivery or something? That might be kinda cool.
I think her having a food place is a great and obvious idea since she's always loved cooking and has had her own seasoning product line.
Shouldn't the coffee be a huge focal point though? Cuz I mean, her last name is Coffee FFS.
She's not being hella clear on what the business is actually gonna be.
She's in entirely the wrong part of the country for my liking but... if I lived around there I'd definitely support her biz.
Since she's got a legit commercial kitchen, she should sell food online. She should make food items that can be shipped.
Her supporters exist online... that's the problem with depending on a brick 'n mortar when you're an online celebrity.
Find a way to sell goods online... period.

Sell food online, Kelli, it's a commercial kitchen, you have no excuse not to.
The stringent rules around cleanliness, inspections, and the need to list a physical address on your products is what stops most people from selling food online, even though I FIRMLY believe everyone should be allowed to.
Come up with something that can be shipped, in refrigerated packaging, and also items that can be shipped without refrigeration.
