I wonder what other foods do that kinda stuff? Like ones we eat every day.
There are some foods people eat pretty much daily, like rice.
What if rice causes toxic buildup too??
Just an example.
I guess this is why foods go in and out of season due to the weather and stuff.
As for cows, there's a lot more "regular" meat on them than there is liver, cuz the liver is an organ.
It's not like you'd ever have an overabundance of liver, they're totally outnumbered and therefore naturally you wouldn't get it very often.
I guess this is the natural system by which levels of vitamins in the body stays in check...
