Seems like white is the only way, IMO.
Yeah, you COULD kick it with the henna for literally the rest of your life cuz that'd be the only option once you did it.
BUT...
If you went with white, it could be colored to something else later.
And in fact, if you wanted ANY hair color other than red, the white hair (base) is the ONLY way to achieve that.
So if you go with henna, you're really pigeonholing yourself.
It may be worth it, it may not be.
It depends.
