Apparently toner is super bad for your hair too, and to maintain a pure shade of white, you'd have to tone it a few times per month. Sounds damaging... lots of damage would accumulate to hair of that length, which takes years to grow out and SHOULD NOT be put through damaging treatments.
Oh man... beginning to look like this whole bleaching thing might just be way too hard on the hair. Starting to sound like the less good option.
