What do you think prevents people from knowing their bodies?

For me it usually takes a juice fast for a couple weeks to reset then when I eat stuff I know by the digestion whether or not I should eat it. Tummy pain, no good food. That's all I ever got from it, tummy pains.

But my cravings are usually for healthy foods on my good list like beans and cauliflower. I effing crave cauliflower and I stink up my whole house because of it. I crave beets. I'm glad I don't crave processed foods like chips and cakes.
