The damage from anorexia is a lot different from the deterioration of starving to death...
When you stay in that state for as long as Eugenia has, the body eats away at itself in places where it normally wouldn't just because there's so much more time involved with anorexia.
It's just horrific, and she is definitely going to die.
It's a fucking tragedy.
Someday there will be documentaries about this, and everyone will see Eugenia similarly to the way they saw Karen Carpenter...

Only, fewer people will ever know, just cuz Eugenia only lived in the era of YouTube. She won't survive to see the next platform, not at this rate.
