Around Flagstaff area of AZ, just that entire strip along I-40 especially to the east of Flag...
That'd be a fine area for her to find some land fast.
The temperatures aren't all that bad in that area.
Just drive between Seligman and Holbrook and fucking pick something.
She could even go down toward Show Low. There are SO MANY PLACES.
At first I wouldn't have suggested AZ, but it'd be a much better choice than the stupid shit she's contemplating right now.
