The "mud" isn't regular mud, it hardens like a low grade cement, lol damn!

Apparently the port-o-potties can't be moved or emptied, people have to conserve food/water, and they can't move their vehicles at all.

There's a lot of standing water and electrical cords everywhere.

It's disastrous!
