With a $10k budget, there is literally nothing acceptable available.
The only places I saw on a quick search were plots of land right next to houses and shit.
You can't come in on a piece of land like that and just park your truck and live there, and you can't bring in a storage container when the land is right next to someone else's house.
I dunno why the heck she would be looking there unless her budget is way bigger than $10k.
Maybe Johnny's offered to pay. Lol.
He won't let her own some shit outright, he'll try to get his name on it too. He may even put it in his name only if it goes that route. Anything less than her name solely on a piece of property is just a total loss for her. You never allow someone else's name to be on YOUR property, especially not as a woman.
