It's clear to see why Rebecca never really did become a "legendary" actress who is still shoved in everyone's faces to this day despite being old AF, used to parrot every propaganda point du jour... she is not a bullshitter. My guess is that she never would do all the nonsense and soul selling that would have been expected of her to become a regular like say Michelle Pfeiffer or any other wildly famous women from her same era who ain't even as hot as she was.
