Oh man I almost forgot... about a year ago on an Instagram Live Katie was talking about that song and I chimed in saying yeah it was catchy and all but I wasn't sure about the sentiment.
She read my comment and when she got to the last part scrunched up her face and shook her head saying "Why?!"
I said "Well what if the thing that makes you happy is something awful? Should I still be happy?"
She'd moved on by then and didn't reply... which was fine because I was mostly just being a smart ass.
