I've heard about it...
I think it's different than regular hemp oil.
You can buy hemp oil anywhere, but I've never seen CBD oil anywhere specifically.
This link says it contains such a low amount of THC so it's not psychoactive...

I have no idea where you get the stuff. I have a couple of bottles of hemp oil. It's great for salads and I put it in tea sometimes. Great for the skin too. You can get it in many stores.
I tried to research what the hell the difference is between them, but I can't figure it out.
As for kratom, the name of the stuff freaks me out... I probably wouldn't mess with it, seems suspicious.
