The way I see it is...
If they're of sound mind, then it's fine.
But if they were senile or something, it'd be wrong just the same way as it'd be wrong to perv out on a mentally disabled dude.
Not sure who the fuck would be into a legit mentally retarded dude/person in the first place, but I can't think of any other fitting analogies.
I just don't wanna be disrespectful, and even worse, I don't wanna be oblivious to being disrespectful.
