Judging by the comments, well it's divided. Some people think Billy's the shit, others think he's full of shit.
I lean more toward him being THE shit, however I can see the opposite argument as well.
He's been wrong about some things, as denoted in this thread. Doesn't discount him entirely. He could simply be an agent peppering in bullshit with the truth.
