Julie Newmar (the original Catwoman) swears her graceful and good aging to a lack of sun exposure when she was young. She said her mom forbade her to tan in the sun like the other girls did and that she owes aging well to that.
Sun exposure is a huge factor in premature aging.
I have never purposely laid in the sun and tried to get a tan. Tanning is just a consequence of other stuff. I dunno, I usually cover up pretty well. I wear long sleeves no matter what. Even if it's hot as hell. But sometimes I do wear shorts. I think the chest, shoulders, arms and face are the most important areas to cover up.
