Sounds like Rosa got dragged down into the bucket by a bunch of Cali druggie crabs and she's seeing the consequences of it.
It's cool that she helped Morgan when she needed it but... how did Rosa know that Morgan wasn't actually guilty and "deserved" help?? How did she know Morgan isn't just a manipulator or something??
