Fuck a camper, dude. The only valid use they have is sitting in the yard, or a garage. Or under a carport. Never on the road.
It's a cute idea, but it's not the solution for a mobile lifestyle.
Why doesn't she just get one of those vans you can stand up in if she's GOTTA stand up inside. Fucking go outside and stand up, TBH.
If there's some reason you can't go outside, like bad weather, go somewhere else.
If it's raining that day, nut up and just stay in the vehicle. Or go to Starbucks. Go walk around a mall or something.
She can't do that cuz she has a bunch of dogs. She's really saddled down. I mean it's not THAT bad, at least it's not kids.
