I also started making my own icecream.
I put a 330ml carton of evaporated milk, 5-tablespoons of chocolate drink mix, and a sachet of instant coffee in a peanut butter jar.
After five hours in the freezer, when the mix begins to freeze, I give it a good shaking to break up the ice crystals and leave it overnight to set.
