It's not a good life.

Well, maybe they feel like it's a fine life. I dunno. Usually these people don't seem very happy. They're actually typically very fucking unpleasant, in my experience.

I only know how I interpreted them from my point of view...

Therefore, the answer for me personally is to keep up with technology.

If I'd interpreted their ignorance as beautiful and something to admire, then there'd be no need for me to keep up.

But that just ain't what it was giving.
