I would have never dreamed 10 to 15 years ago of seeing Varg come out with something like this where he makes a rather uplifting video about autism, granted I don't think he's showing a realistic grasp of how complex the spectrum is and some of what he's saying is his hypothesis. If I hadn't watched a handful of his videos last year I'd be more shocked. Fans of Varg I've come across over the years have tended to be survival of the fittest types who disdain weakness. Even if you overlook language difficulties, people with autism tend to have other health issues, they usually aren't the picture of physical vitality.
