My kids go to a school with a no bully policy and it doesn't stop the bullying. One kid in my 2nd graders class is an equal opportunity bully, he doesn't have a specific target, he bullies anyone any chance he get's. I saw him last week, he's 3 times the size of my kid that has been bullied by him and about as big as the teacher.
We had issues and I went to the principle and I told her my kid is going to kick his ass one of these days, he's going to snap, he's being trained in marital arts. And the principle said no, she discouraged the bully being beat up and my kid should just tell on him. Telling on him hasn't stopped him.
Yesterday my kid told him to look up at a spider and just randomly punched him in his core. He got a recess taken away and had to write his name on the board. He said it was worth it and it felt good because that bully picks on his friends too.
The bully went and told on him like a little bitch. It's just so funny cause that kid already looks like a fucking gorilla and my little twerp isn't afraid of him and punched him.
