When I was young I remember my mom telling me that when she looks in the mirror she doesn't really register that person. She told me that when you get older you still feel the same inside. I know what she means. I feel like I'm the same person on the inside... still 28 years old. I feel just as vibrant and creative and full of life.
My mom is 74 and she stills look amazing. She's small like me and never was fat or out of shape. She's still that way.
