Update!
I was able to meet God last night and we talked for a bit. He said my body wasn't really all dead yet and that I could go back if I wanted. Then a cloud opened up in front of me and he showed me the scene of my body and I could see my dog licking my face and he was crying. I told God that I'd catch him later and crawled into the cloud and popped right back into my body. The rest of the day has been relatively uneventful.
