Shows like this used to be great the first few seasons. Just entertaining and fun. Loved the idea of living remote from the hustle bustle of suburbia. But even back then shows would start social engineering after a few seasons like they always do today. Lost most interests in television over the past decade or so. I grew up in Dairy country of PA. Lived on the mountain with my Dad as a teen. I would love nothing more than to settle back in the woods with a good woman of like mind and enjoy that simple life again. :)
