In my honest opinion...
This book is like a summary of Thinking and Destiny by Harold W. Percival.
Thinking and Destiny is 1080 pages, while this book is 190 pages and seems to encapsulate the same principle meaning. So I definitely recommend it for its short length and recommend Thinking and Destiny for going super in depth to the tedious details behind the idea.
