It's basically a craze/scam where people talk about how US is a corporation and we're all members or whatever, and we need to cash in our birth certificates or some shit.
They've got a scheme going where you send them $500 and then they tell you how to cash in your birth certificate or something. These people are not the fun or interesting kind of crazy.
So Cindy essentially took this trend and ran with it, except now she's going balls to the wall trying to reclaim America as the Queen of Queens and start a cult basically.
