No, I was walking towards my car and the guy was staring at me following my every step, that bastard even parked besides me. He started his engine and left when I sat inside my car.
He was probably a gangstalker since earlier that night I offended a woman who heckled me just because I was sitting down on a bench looking at my phone.

btw I have discovered I can feel the aura of brick buildings, it is more pronounced in summer. I have to keep my new found powers secret because people look at me weird when I wave my hand out to feel the aura of the buildings.
