See this kinda 'mental illness' is a CYCLE... a vicious cycle.
These people work themselves down into the dumps and wallow in a pit of sadness and self-pity, it becomes their 'normal' and they just stay there.
You gotta ESCAPE that vicious cycle... break out of it. Do some crazy shit you've never done.
